Since our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after payment, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or if you have already accessed the download.
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

If you raise a dispute through your bank or Razorpay without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest it with proof of delivery. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we'll always try to resolve things fairly.
